ABOUT CHRONO-CONSCIOUSNESS
Where Astrology Meets the Unfolding of Time
Chrono-Consciousness was born from a shared belief that astrology is more than a map of who we are—it is a way of understanding how our natal promise unfolds through time.
Two Perspectives One Unfolding Story
OUR APPROACH
Chrono-Consciousness brings together two distinct approaches to astrology. Noemi explores the chart through an evolutionary and holistic lens, while William draws from traditional astrology, predictive techniques, and the study of timing. Together, these perspectives allow us to explore both the deeper meaning of the birth chart and the cycles through which its potential unfolds.
NOEMI RAMOS
Evolutionary Astrology & Holistic Integration
Born in Mexico & raised in the Bay Area, Noemi is a fully bilingual, certified evolutionary astrologer whose path began through a search for healing, self-discovery, & spiritual growth. A transformative Pluto-Moon transit became a turning point, deepening her relationship with astrology & leading to formal study at Astroterapéutica under Chilean astrologer Pablo Flores Laymuns. There, she was also introduced to Bach Flower Remedies, which she first experienced personally before integrating them into her work. Alongside astrology, Noemi practices intuitive Tarot, bringing these disciplines together through a compassionate, holistic approach centered on emotional insight, personal evolution, & meaningful self-understanding.
WILLIAM TORRES
Traditional Astrology & Predictive Techniques
Born & raised in New York City, William Torres came to astrology through a lifelong curiosity about history, mythology, metaphysics, & the patterns that shape human experience. After beginning undergraduate studies in history, he continued his education beyond the boundaries of formal education, eventually developing a serious autodidactic practice in astrology. His studies span ancient, traditional, psychological, & modern approaches, drawing from thinkers such as Vettius Valens, William Lilly, Dane Rudhyar, Liz Greene, & Bernadette Brady. William is especially drawn to astrological cycles, predictive techniques, & timing, helping clients understand both the potential within their natal chart & where they stand in its unfolding story.
