Booking Policies for Chrono-Consciousness Astrology

We strive to provide a thoughtful, respectful, and well-prepared experience for every client. Please review the following policies before booking a consultation or purchasing a product.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure an appointment. Bookings submitted through our scheduling system remain pending until payment has been received and the appointment has been confirmed by Chrono-Consciousness.

Payment instructions and available payment methods are provided during the booking process.

2. Rescheduling & Refunds

Clients may request one reschedule per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

All consultation payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once the permitted reschedule has been used, no additional rescheduling is available for that booking.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the full session, although appointments may need to conclude at their originally scheduled time when another client follows.

If a client does not attend within the 15-minute grace period, the appointment may be considered a no-show. One courtesy reschedule is available for the first no-show. A second missed appointment results in forfeiture of the session without further rescheduling or refund.

4. Birth Information

Astrology consultations require accurate birth information appropriate to the selected reading, including birth date, birthplace, and birth time.

If your birth time is unknown or uncertain, please contact us before booking. Some chart placements and predictive techniques cannot be interpreted reliably without an accurate birth time, which may limit the scope of your reading.

5. Session Recordings

Consultations that include a recording are ordinarily recorded and delivered afterward. Recordings may be shared through Google Drive or another suitable delivery method.

Although recordings are included with eligible services, unforeseen technical difficulties may occasionally prevent their availability.

6. Gift Purchases

Eligible readings may be purchased as gifts. Gift recipients are subject to the same booking, rescheduling, payment, and attendance policies.

7. Bach Flower Blends

Personalized Bach Flower Blends are prepared individually. Please allow approximately one week for preparation and fulfillment, although timing may vary.

Standalone Bach Flower products are shipped within the United States, with domestic shipping included in their listed prices.

Blends may contain brandy as a preservative or food-grade vegetable glycerin as an alcohol-free alternative, according to the customer’s selection.

8. Astrology & Tarot Disclaimer

Astrology and Tarot consultations are offered for spiritual exploration, education, personal reflection, and self-understanding.

They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

9. Bach Flower Wellness Disclaimer

Bach Flower Blends are offered as complementary wellness products for personal reflection and holistic integration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not replace professional healthcare.
